Love updating the "What's On" window - it looked particularly enticing whenever the sun peeked out from behind the clouds this morning.
There's loads going on in the next couple of months, from acupuncture to yoga and loads in between.

Happy Spring Equinox (Ostara) to you! 🌱🌼
A time of balance, when we experience the same amount of day to night and we leave Winter behind.
This photo is of the wonderful The Magical Year book, illustrated by @tijanadraws - taken in the light of this morning's rising sun - the first sun of Spring.
Breathe in today, take a walk on the Heath or wherever you find yourself, and notice the shift in the sounds and sights of the world around you.
💚💛
