Mum & Baby Yoga
Mum & Baby classes will allow you to relax, spend time with baby, and restore yourself and your pelvic floor in the company and support of other women. While they are geared towards the postnatal mum, babies are integrated into the sessions. Babies will enjoy movement and baby massage while bonding with their mums. There may be some singing (and/or crying as that’s natural) and socialising with other babies too.
There will be no more than five in a class, ensuring you receive the attention and focus you deserve.
