Yoga for Focus, Clarity & Stamina (Tapasya)
This session has been created for a 'start of the week' boost.
It's built around focus and stamina and is great for freelancers and self-starters who want to add impetus and mental clarity to their Monday.
Through the set of sequenced poses it's also great for rebuilding form and endurance - ideal for women who want to focus on their bodies post-children and/or want support through the physical tribulations that the perimenopause and menopause can bring. Dani gives particular focus to issues such as stress incontinence (i.e weeing when we laugh, cough, jump).
All levels - modifications given.
There will be no more than five in a class, ensuring you receive the attention and focus you deserve.
