Massage - Pregnancy

The nine months of pregnancy can bring a whole range of physical, mental and emotional highs and lows. Your body is growing a new person and this can be challenging as well as amazing.

Your body is growing and preparing to give birth, this can cause pelvic pain, sciatic type aches through the glutes and legs, achy feet, carpal tunnel pressure, your baby’s head could be pushing up into your ribs, you may have heartburn, or you could be feeling absolutely exhausted juggling work, looking after an older child as well as growing a human being...

With over 12 years experience supporting women through their maternity journey I’m confident I can make your path a little smoother and more comfortable.

Anna Glowacka’s Offering throughout the week, please either check the booking calendar or you can contact her directly here.

Sunday's post from @womenkindcollective 👆 hit hard...

The State sanctioned murder of women is abhorrent (it's estimated that 85% to 90% of all those accused of witchcraft were women), yet somehow the mythologisation of the word 'witch' coupled with the 'mists of time' separates us from the reality of what happened to these women (and men).

Although, did you know that in 1944, Helen Duncan was the last person convicted under the Witchcraft Act 1735 (repealed in 1951)...

It's the memory of these women that we will be honouring in our Womb Stories and Ancestral Echoes on 21st September.

It'll be a celebration of Womanhood, Sisterhood and Ancestral Honouring, with fire, food, storytelling and shamanic journeying, surrounded by the beauty of Hampstead Heath.

We’ll be joined by Diana Olutunmogun (storyteller) who will weave a story of ‘Womb’ through the air as we share food, before Desiree Diaz (witch and shamanic practitioner) takes us by the hand and leads us on an ancestral healing journey.

Participants will be sent the name and details of a woman who was murdered under the accusation of witchcraft. They'll be invited to hold this woman in their heart and mind as we travel together across the time we spend together on the Heath.

You can find out more via the link in our bio.

Once again, thank you @womenkindcollective for taking the time to create this post 💚
