I am a Women’s Fertility Health Coach, Nutritional Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Instructor (and former professional tennis player). I help women feel empowered, energised and at ease on their fertility journey and beyond through positively adapting their food, mindset and lifestyle.

I hold a BA in Psychology and Pre-Medical Sciences from Rice University in Texas and an MSc in Clinical Public Health Nutrition from UCL. I combine my intuitive healing and coaching skills with nine years of clinical experience and 15 years experience of studying the mind, body and soul.

There is an abundance of research to show how adapting nutrition and lifestyle may indirectly increase the chances of a successful pregnancy, whether naturally, through IVF or other means. And this is what I have witnessed with my clients time and time again. I truly believe the combination of bespoke nutrition, supplements, awareness of menstrual cycle patterns and using self healing practises, with the intention to balance hormones and increase vitality, is fundamental for maximising women’s chances to have a baby.

I overcame years of negative and self limiting beliefs about my body and potential fertility issues (after being diagnosed with PCOS at 14 years of age and being told that I may never have children), to living a life as a new mum, free from food obsession and finding a new, harmonious balance with my body and natural cycles of life. I have used my experience as a professional athlete, battling an eating disorder and years of studying nutrition and various healing modalities to help transform my health and fertility, and I am now on a mission to help others transform theirs too.

A big 30c welcome to Hannah Mayall. Hannah joined the Moon collective several months ago, bringing with her a rejuvenating Monday morning Vinyasa Yoga – a perfect way to start the week – find out more in our bio.

Over to Hannah 👇

Hi, I’m Hannah.

I’m a gardener, a creator of bobbly hedges (check out the house on the corner of Laurier and Dartmouth Park Avenue), a yoga practitioner and a yoga teacher.

I have lived and worked in the streets around Moon most of my life and feel committed to this community.

I have brought up 4 children, supporting and attending the local schools and during the years of work and parenthood I have always had some form of mind/body practice, which has supported me through the various phases of my life. In the last 20+ years this has been yoga.

Now I am older, wiser, calmer and even more rooted here than ever I can really see the value of a habitual practice especially when shared with members of my community.

I am very pleased to be here at Moon on Monday mornings offering a Vinyasa flow style yoga class with an emphasis on sun salutations and breath led movement.

I have also recently started a session on Wednesdays at the newly opened Highgate Newtown Community Centre - @hncp_2025

I hope to share some of the faith I have built in yoga practice in an effort to give back and invite more people to find a moment of peace, stability and introspection in their day which has got to be a good thing in our hectic world.

My classes are open to all abilities BUT I especially want to invite those who feel they are too old or too unfit or in some way unable to bend… yoga is an internal and individual practice and not all about creating great shapes

(I have recently qualified as a breath work teacher ((but more of that anon!))

A couple of helpers to mount the latest beautiful artwork that we're fortunate enough to host at Moon.

As the warm weather invites us to swim in the lakes, rivers and sea you might want to keep an eye out for mermaids.

There are none on the Heath, although I might have felt something tickle my toes in the Ladies' Pond recently, but that didn’t stop me asking local artist Jen Cable to lend us this piece, inspired by the tale of the little mermaid by Hans Christian Andersen.

Unlike the tale of Ariel in the Disney film, the original story is a warning about the importance of keeping your voice and using it to create the kind of inclusive and supportive society in which we can all be valued.

It felt fitting that Moon should host the piece for the coming weeks.

You can read more about Jen's work, and the relevance of the tale to women today in Jen’s blog post entitled ‘Hold your Tongue’ - find the link in our bio.
