Holistic Mother & Child Clinic
First Wednesday of each month
We believe that every child and parent should have access to gentle, holistic healthcare. To support families in our local community, we run a monthly Holistic Mother & Child Clinic offering donation-based, drop-in sessions in Homeopathy, Craniosacral Therapy and Core-Strengthening Pilates.
The clinic supports babies, infants, and young children with common concerns such as colds, ear infections, eczema, colic, and ongoing minor ailments that can place a significant strain on family life. Holistic treatment can offer gentle, supportive care for these persistent issues, alongside existing healthcare services.
Recognising that a baby’s wellbeing is closely linked to that of their parent, the clinic also extends its support to mothers in the postnatal period. An integral part of the clinic is its collaboration with Pam, an experienced Pilates teacher, who offers guidance on post-birth wellbeing, body awareness, and gentle strengthening.
With health services under increasing pressure and long waiting times for non-urgent concerns, the clinic provides an accessible, community-centred space where parents can receive support, treatment, and reassurance. Operating on a ‘pay what you can’ basis, the clinic ensures that cost is never a barrier to care.
Our clinic is community-oriented and designed to support your baby’s health and development in a gentle, natural way. We are qualified, experienced practitioners who are registered with their respective professional body.

Today is Earth Day - thinking about the entire Earth, and what we can do to ensure our survival, can feel daunting - but here are some local initiatives that can support you to support the Earth.
🌍 @growing_green_london - set up by local Mamas - amongst other things their focus is rewilding our local schools, and you can support them by donating or volunteering.
🌍 @fair_well_london - tackle the plastic pollution crisis by removing plastic packaging from the final stage of the food distribution chain and solving the main problem with plastic-free shopping: inconvenience. They come to you, you just need to book and buy.
🌍 @heath_hands - supporting our beautiful Hampstead Heath, sustaining its biodiversity and protecting it for wildlife and humans to enjoy. You can volunteer with them as well as joining them for their frequent events.
🌍 @chetwyndroadcommunitygarden - a local community of growers, based at the top of Chetwynd Road – follow them on Instagram and find out more.
🌍 @kentishtownlibraryofthings - borrow items, such as drills, carpet cleaners, projectors - you don't have to buy them - sharing the things you won't use often is a simple action all of us can take to live more sustainably - they're based at Kentish Town Library.
🌍 @kentishtownvegbox - all their produce is organic or naturally grown and sourced from small-scale farms as close to London as possible. Use them as a local alternative to the larger scale veg-box schemes.
🌍 @urban_forest_tribe - a local nature based community, focusing on inclusion, and a deeper bond with the natural world. Find out how your little ones can benefit from their offerings.
These are just a few of the local initiatives supporting our environment, support them and use them - helping the Earth starts at home.

At this Monday's Acupuncture Collective you can experience the benefits of acupuncture at a lower cost - but how can this ancient healing modality support your mental health?
In acupuncture (and Chinese Medicine, where acupuncture originates) there's a special word for our overall emotional spirit - the ‘Shen'. When we’re feeling unsettled and anxious we refer to it as a ‘Scattered Shen’.
Through a delicate and detailed approach, acupuncture helps to benefit our mental health in the following ways:
Recalibrating our nervous system
Encouraging better quality sleep
Promoting clarity of thought and focus
Working on a deeper level to help our hormones work with us, not against us
The holistic approach we take at the Acupuncture Collective means your symptoms aren’t just treated at the surface level, we go deeper.
If you would like to experience how transformative acupuncture can be, book in with us and allow your Shen to settle into a state of Zen.
Our next Acupuncture Collective is taking place between 2pm to 8pm on Monday 20th April - find more details and book via our bio.1 week ago
