Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT, also known as Tapping, is where we gently tap on on the main acupressure points on the face and upper body to calm the nervous system and release stress, trapped emotions and pain from the body.
As an Advanced EFT Practitioner, I specialise in releasing the lasting symptoms of trauma, anxiety, flashbacks, heavy emotions, or simply feeling like you are unable to move forward from the past.
EFT can support with:

- Relieving Birth Trauma / Anxiety
- Physical Pain
I love this technique, as it calms symptoms of trauma without you having to go into all the details of what happened, and for its lasting effects for trauma relief.
If you have an experience that has left you with left you with heavy emotions that feel unprocessed, we’ll gently tap together to release what’s still sitting within your nervous system, so you can calm the feelings that are still present.
I qualified as an EFT Practitioner in 2018 and am registered with EFT International. I have a warm and gentle approach that’ll immediately put you at ease, and I’ll gently support you to release any stress from a past event from mind, body and soul.
