Release Birth Trauma & Anxiety: A Subconscious Healing Session

I offer one to one sessions to support the release of birth trauma. We will gently process the echoes of emotions, still present within your body, invite calm to your nervous system, so you can relax, and process, emotions stuck in your body, so you can feel calmer and more at ease.

With a combination of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), which involves gently tapping on acupressure points on the face and upper body, to calm the nervous system, we release unprocessed emotions, without having to re-visit the story of what happened.

Through this work, I can support with:

  • Releasing birth trauma, anxiety and stuck emotional patterns held in the nervous system
  • Calming fear and flashbacks connected to past traumatic experiences
  • Aura Cleansing - Shifting energetic and auric blockages that drain your vitality

Leaving you feeling calm, energised and relaxed, with techniques to calm anxiety and stress in future, for both yourself and your baby.

Ifalase McGowan’s offering on Wednesdays and Fridays (last two weeks of the month) - use the form below to enquire further

  • 90 minute initial session - £110
  • 60 minute follow-up sessions - £80

If you would like to access the Women Supporting Women Fund to subsidise this session, find more details here.

At this Monday's Acupuncture Collective you can experience the benefits of acupuncture at a lower cost - but how can this ancient healing modality support your mental health?

In acupuncture (and Chinese Medicine, where acupuncture originates) there's a special word for our overall emotional spirit - the ‘Shen'. When we’re feeling unsettled and anxious we refer to it as a ‘Scattered Shen’.

Through a delicate and detailed approach, acupuncture helps to benefit our mental health in the following ways:

Recalibrating our nervous system
Encouraging better quality sleep
Promoting clarity of thought and focus
Working on a deeper level to help our hormones work with us, not against us
The holistic approach we take at the Acupuncture Collective means your symptoms aren’t just treated at the surface level, we go deeper.

If you would like to experience how transformative acupuncture can be, book in with us and allow your Shen to settle into a state of Zen.

Our next Acupuncture Collective is taking place between 2pm to 8pm on Monday 20th April - find more details and book via our bio.
