Massage - Postnatal

Postnatal care for mothers is just as important as antenatal care. A postnatal massage can support your body recover from childbirth as well as helping you with the challenges of caring for your baby.

This time in your life can be amazing but it can also be tough... We know how you feel; sleepless nights, feeding, nappy changes, it all takes it toll on us mentally, emotionally and physically.

Having spent nine months carrying a growing baby, your body now has to readapt to all the bending, lifting, carrying and lowering that comes with caring for a new-born. You might be experiencing significant tension within your body - particularly in the back, neck and shoulders.

A postnatal massage can target and release these areas to ease any aches and pains, stretch out tight or sore muscles and help realign your posture. As a result, not only can you recover faster from the effects of pregnancy and childbirth, but you’ll also reduce the risk of strains and injuries.

What's new, this New Moon? Hopefully you should have found the new lunar cycle's newsletter in your inbox this morning. If not here's a snapshot... "Well the weather's been a bit changeable of late, an uncertainly that feels like it's mirroring what's happening in the wider world, slowly eroding away the foundations of what's come before..."
