I qualified as a therapist over a decade ago and have since reached a point where therapeutic work has become my full time profession. I feel deeply grateful for the experience gained through working with such a vast mix of clients.

My qualifications include:

Medical acupuncture - OMT
Massage, Sports injuries - MTI, ITEC, APNT
Meditation Facilitator - IYN
One-to-one therapy for homeless women - WOW
Reiki Masters - Usui System of Natural Healing

I now focus mostly on Reiki as it’s the modality which lies closest to my heart; and was something I was fortunate enough to have been trained in by a world-class teacher. Becoming a reiki master was a personal commitment to honour the eternal flow of energy that runs through us all.
