Break the Chains of Chronic Pain - Group Session

Hey, I’m Christina, a Somatic Coaching Psychologist, devoted to enabling you to live a life free from chronic physical pain and emotional suffering.

  • Are you experiencing physical pain, distressing emotions, or a lingering sense of emptiness? Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out, or unable to focus?
  • Do you want to make those painful and uncomfortable parts of you disappear, improving your quality of life and enabling you to enjoy your passions and loved ones with vitality and ease?
  • Without resorting to a lifetime of talk therapy, doctor appointments, medication – and the side effects that come with them. No need for rigid diets, rigorous workouts, or feeling like a burden to others.

Hey, this is totally doable, I’ve got you!

Join me for a free 90-minute Break the Chains of Chronic Pain group session.

Secure your space now as spots are limited to keep it intimate and personalised to your needs.

The session is somatic-based, derived from the Greek term ‘Soma,’ which means ‘body’. We’ll focus on your body, using simple practices to help your brain and body communicate better with each other.

You will learn how to access your body to gain immediate relief.

I look forward to meeting you soon.

With all my love,

Christina

A couple of helpers to mount the latest beautiful artwork that we're fortunate enough to host at Moon.

As the warm weather invites us to swim in the lakes, rivers and sea you might want to keep an eye out for mermaids.

There are none on the Heath, although I might have felt something tickle my toes in the Ladies' Pond recently, but that didn’t stop me asking local artist Jen Cable to lend us this piece, inspired by the tale of the little mermaid by Hans Christian Andersen.

Unlike the tale of Ariel in the Disney film, the original story is a warning about the importance of keeping your voice and using it to create the kind of inclusive and supportive society in which we can all be valued.

It felt fitting that Moon should host the piece for the coming weeks.

You can read more about Jen's work, and the relevance of the tale to women today in Jen’s blog post entitled ‘Hold your Tongue’ - find the link in our bio.
