Hypnoanalysis

When things have accumulated and you feel you have many things to work on or feel a sense of overwhelm, hypnoanalysis is ideal.

It is based on a combination of Freudian and Jungian techniques and is a longer term treatment that requires more of a commitment, where we work with childhood regression.

We delve into a deeper state of hypnosis, and it's not uncommon to drop into a Theta (trance-like) state, where you are guided safely through the moments that your subconscious mind wishes to take you back to, often where you have left unresolved trauma or repressed emotions that were never allowed to be expressed.

It is a beautiful process of honouring yourself in those moments, meeting the inner child, and saying anything that was left unsaid or feeling anything that was not allowed to be felt at the time. As a result many of the issues begin to clear themselves up and an inner resilience and sense of self-acceptance is built over the course of treatment.
