Kundalini Yoga
The Winter into Spring Series...
Nature around us is heading into a deep, dark and restorative rest. Let us listen to, observe and nourish the energies of Winter in us and be guided by them ....
Let us come together and deepen our practices of releasing and surrendering into the fertile darkness of Winter, gracefully stepping into the void through which we will reappear....
We will explore protocols for stress and anxiety relief, experience the power of deep relaxation, and tap into the intuitive knowledge of the heart.💓
We will use the targeted protocols of Kundalini Yoga to support the heart, lungs, endocrine and digestive system both physically and energetically. Join me and be guided into deeper harmony with yourself and the world around you as we align with the pace of the earth.

At this Monday's Acupuncture Collective you can experience the benefits of acupuncture at a lower cost - but how can this ancient healing modality support your mental health?
In acupuncture (and Chinese Medicine, where acupuncture originates) there's a special word for our overall emotional spirit - the ‘Shen'. When we’re feeling unsettled and anxious we refer to it as a ‘Scattered Shen’.
Through a delicate and detailed approach, acupuncture helps to benefit our mental health in the following ways:
Recalibrating our nervous system
Encouraging better quality sleep
Promoting clarity of thought and focus
Working on a deeper level to help our hormones work with us, not against us
The holistic approach we take at the Acupuncture Collective means your symptoms aren’t just treated at the surface level, we go deeper.
If you would like to experience how transformative acupuncture can be, book in with us and allow your Shen to settle into a state of Zen.
Our next Acupuncture Collective is taking place between 2pm to 8pm on Monday 20th April - find more details and book via our bio.3 days ago
