Morning Vinyasa Yoga

PLEASE NOTE: THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO ALL GENDERS

Over the years Yoga has helped me to gather insight about the life I am living, and the life I aspire to live. I’ve found that turning up to practice in the morning sets me up for the day to perform with self knowledge and true intention, wherever I may be mentally or physically.

This Monday morning vinyasa class will help to ground and centre you for the week ahead. We will focus on building and maintaining strength and flexibility, both of which are essential whatever stage of life you’re at.

This class will begin and end slowly but expect to build some heat and perhaps embrace a challenge in the middle. The flow will create a synchronised rhythm of movement and breath. In turn, this will help to build a mindful experience, leaving you feeling calm, focused and ready for the day ahead.

This class will be inclusive and accessible to all.

Join us for this weekend at Moon Women’s Health in Tufnell Park, to Retreat, Reset and Restore. We have four special sessions for you to connect with.

On Saturday afternoon join Charlie and Zoe to calm your nervous system, nourish your body and reconnect with yourself, through the healing tool of intentional breath. Retreat inwards, listen deeply and tend to the parts of yourself that need the love.

On Saturday evening take an intentional pause from the busy pace of daily life with Tracy Awere. You are invited into a space of rest, meaning and inner connection through the weaving of sacred sound, spoken story and reflection.

On Sunday afternoon step off the treadmill, to prioritise personal growth and happiness with Clare Saponia. Find the answers that have been alluding you. This session allows you to explore new questions that give rise to new answers.

On Sunday evening find the tools to ease anxiety, improve sleep, and re-ground, in a safe and supportive space with Kerry and Christel. This gentle, guided session gives the opportunity to explore the power of conscious breathing.

A reminder that Amanda Davie will be hosting a Career Coaching Circle at Moon Women's Health on Chetwynd Road, this coming Monday from 1 - 3pm. 

This is a safe and supportive space for local working women who want to put some time and thought into boosting their career growth and success.

This might be you if you are:

⭕️ Stressed and need perspective? 

⭕️ Just about Surviving and need change?

⭕️ On the verge of Burnout and need rescue?

⭕️ Bored and need invigorating?

Attendees will receive both expert and peer coaching, and will leave feeling more inspired, capable and motivated to make positive changes and grow in their careers. 

It's a two-hour session and costs £45 (£22.50 per hour), or subsidised places of £27 are available via Moon's Women Supporting Women Fund.

Our wonderful practitioners saw 40 Mamas, Dadas and Babies - providing 53 sessions in baby feeding support, sleep support, women's health, weaning, baby wearing and mental health - all free to access!
