Mummy MOT
The Mummy MOT is a comprehensive check up for Mums. It can be done from 8 weeks post-partum The Mummy MOT involves a detailed assessment of the pelvic floor, abdominals , posture and movement to assess how the body is functioning after the changes occurring during pregnancy and birth. A detailed and tailored treatment plan is created and progressed during follow-up appointments.
Women should access these post-natal assessments to prevent issues presenting when resuming their usual exercise regimes postnatally.
