I make people feel better; whether that’s physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually or a combination of all of the above.

In my 15 years as a massage therapist, I have gained diplomas in Holistic Massage, Sports Massage and Pregnancy/Postnatal Massage, as well as gathering other complementing modalities, such as Closing the Bones, along the way.

As a massage therapist I’ve worked in environments as diverse as the physio room of Barnet Football Club, to offices in the City, to festival fields, however, my heart has always led me back to supporting women, as they navigate their journey through life, particularly pregnancy.

It’s a special and sacred feeling to be allowed to join them on the path from pregnancy to motherhood. To be able to alleviate pelvic girdle pain or to help a mother gain an hour, to replenish her sense of self, is immensely rewarding.

My own maternity journey, with my second child, planted the seeds from which Moon Women’s Health rose. It makes my heart sing that we now have a collaboration of wise women practitioners to support the local community, as they travel through life.
