Hi, my name is Ifalase

I am an Anxiety and Trauma Relief Coach, and I especially love working with women transitioning into motherhood, to support their wellbeing, alongside creating solid foundations for their child’s wellbeing.

I specialise in releasing the heavy emotions that stay with us after a traumatic event, that can leave us feeling anxious, with symptoms of PTSD, including anxiety, negative thoughts, flashbacks and physical pain.

As they say, ‘You often teach the thing, you most need to learn’.

After many years of supporting others to release anxiety, I noticed that many clients were carrying unprocessed trauma from birth, as well as their mother’s trauma, during the perinatal years, creating anxiety, rumination, and inability to regulate their emotions. An
experience which paralleled my own healing journey.

This led me to discover the power of creating positive, nurturing memories, alongside self-compassion and trauma relief to heal symptoms of PTSD.

During my sessions at Moon, I weave in my experience as an Advanced EFT Practitioner, Energy Healer and Birth Into Being Facilitator, alongside my training in NLP, Coaching, Reiki & Mamoru Energy, Aura Cleansing, Yoga, Meditation, Spiritual Guidance, to provide a
nurturing space for mothers to release anxiety and PTSD, so they can feel calm and safe in mind, body and soul.

Sorry, only three weeks late!

But a big thank you to all the wonderful folks who donated £3 when they booked with Moon in September.

Your support means that other women in our community can access the support they need.

The Women Supporting Women Fund offers 40% subsidies for anyone who needs it, no questions asked.

Unfortunately there is quite a long waiting list at the moment, so if you're able to donate the price of a coffee next time you book, then you're a flipping 🌟

The Camden Community Safety Team are organising a women's safety walkabout on Thursday 29th October, in the Highgate area.

They want to:

⭕️ Look at locations that feel unsafe.

⭕️ Find out about women’s safety concerns or incidents experienced

⭕️ Understand any other general community safety concerns we have

Our feedback is key as it serves to inform the route of the walkabout, as well as improving community safety for those living, visiting, and working in Camden.

If you'd like to feedback comments or take part in the walkabout, then feel free to comment beneath or DM us, and we'll pass this onto The Camden Community Safety Team.

Please note this is specifically regarding the Highgate ward (see second image).

I had been away from my eldest for over a week, and he surprised me this morning (6.30am!) by appearing at Moon (I'd left him sleeping) to help me clean after yesterday's Acupuncture Clinic 😍

I think it was all a bit much 🤣
