My journey with acupuncture began during pregnancy, when I developed severe sciatica. After discovering that acupuncture was the only treatment that gave me lasting relief, I became fascinated by its ability to support the body’s natural healing process. That experience inspired me to retrain and dedicate my career to helping others find relief, balance and a stronger connection with their health.
I trained for three years at the City College of Acupuncture in London, graduating with a First-Class degree. My studies gave me a strong foundation in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, alongside an understanding of how acupuncture can be used in a modern healthcare setting. This experience enables me to combine traditional acupuncture with complementary techniques, drawing on both Eastern and Western perspectives to provide thoughtful, individualised care that reflects each patient’s needs and goals.
My approach is warm, gentle and centred on the person in front of me. I take time to listen carefully and understand what each patient is experiencing, adapting every treatment rather than following a fixed approach. This allows me to respond to changes in your physical and emotional wellbeing and create treatment that is relevant to you. I aim to offer a space where you feel comfortable, supported and able to relax, helping your body and mind to settle.
I support people experiencing stress, anxiety, insomnia, exhaustion, physical pain, headaches, hormonal and reproductive health concerns, digestive issues and the many ways that modern life can leave us feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves. Whether you are hoping to improve your sleep, support fertility, ease ongoing pain, regulate your cycle or feel more grounded, treatment is shaped around you. Together, we can explore practical ways to support your wellbeing and help you feel more balanced and connected.
I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council and follow its code of ethics and standards for safe professional practice. I also take part in regular supervision to continue developing my skills and have contributed to initiatives supporting NHS patients in a chronic pain clinic.
My aim is to create a calm, respectful space where people feel genuinely heard, while supporting meaningful and lasting change.
