Restorative Pilates

Restorative Pilates is your weekly opportunity to create space and strength in your body through gentle yet powerful Pilates movements.

We’ll progress from exploratory to expansive movements so that you can grow towards the benefits that Pilates offers.  These can include, but aren’t limited to:

  1. Relieving stiffness in the lower back and neck
  2. Increasing flexibility and range of motion  throughout the body
  3. Experiencing stress relief from breathing more fully
  4. Improving posture and balance
  5. Increasing energy and motivation levels.

This class is particularly good if you are getting back into movement again, and will help you move forward.

Emily Naumovic’s Offering on Wednesday 9.15am to 10.15am

  • 1 session - £20
  • 6 session bundle - £110
  • Buy 31 Day yoga/pilates/fitness pass here, under ‘Special Offer’

The 'cold' new moon feels very apt for our small corner of North West London tonight, icy tendrils are certainly wrapping themselves around the world around us.

You should have received this lunar month's newsletter in your inbox this morning. If not, then in our bio, you can find a link to sign-up to receive future newsletters and/or directly view this month's offering.

You can find all the info about what's happening at Moon in the coming weeks, plus news of our pop-up giftshop and what's happening in the wider community in the lead up to the festive season.

Happy reading.
