The Express Hypnobirthing Course is perfect if you’re already taking an antenatal class elsewhere (like NCT, Bump and Baby, or similar) and want to complement your preparation with the benefits of Hypnobirthing without a big additional cost or time commitment.
It’s also ideal if you’re over 36 weeks pregnant or preparing for a subsequent pregnancy.

- 4 hour course
