Well Woman Session
The Well Woman Sessions are a 1:1 in-person sessions created to support women in nourishing their bodies, releasing stress & tension, alchemising their story and awakening the power within. They are a ceremony of honouring of our journey and coming back home to yourself.
Each session is a bespoke devotional ritual focused on deeply honouring and witnessing all of you, as you are and letting you be held, nourished and supported. The sessions are bodywork based, meaning that they are similar to a massage. However, I weave in feminine embodiment & somatics, breathwork, visualisation, meditation, movement, sound healing, bodywork, pelvic care, womb healing, Menstruality & Aromatherapy into each session.
We always work with a deep reverence and respect for your body and nervous system, never doing too much too soon, honouring what wants to come through and letting your body speak. We will begin each session with setting an embodied intention, and then allow for the process to unfold intuitively, responding to what is arising in the moment.
Each session is guided by your body - we will dive only as deep as your body allows. There is no expectation or agenda to what your healing should look like. Your safety is paramount. The Well Woman Sessions are an invitation to grieve what has been lost, release what keeps us small, sick & stuck; and remember your power, your beauty and the pleasure your body is capable of.
At the end of your session, I will provide guidance on integrating your experience into your daily life through healing practices such as baths, journaling, rituals, or using essential oils.
The Well Woman Sessions are a deeply transformative container created for physical, mental, emotional, energetic & spiritual healing required to experience safety, aliveness, self-worth and expansion.

Today we are welcoming the darkness at Samhain/Halloween…
Traditionally, in Celtic and other communities, this evening would mark the transition between the lighter half of the year and the darker half.
Transitions and womanhood feel synonymous, as we travel through life, with the rhythms of our bodies. I wonder if we feel the transitions of the natural world more keenly because of this...
Some believe that at this time of year the division between this world and the 'otherworld' is at its thinnest, allowing spirits to pass through.
Ancestors are honoured and invited home, while harmful spirits are warded off. People wear costumes and masks, disguising themselves as harmful spirits, to ward off unwanted attention from the actual spirits.

Death Café - A Space for Life’s Deepest Conversations
3pm this Sunday at Moon.
Join us for an intimate gathering where we drink tea, eat cake, and talk about death in a warm, welcoming environment.
A Death Café is a discussion group with no agenda, objectives, or themes - the conversation simply flows from what those present bring on the day.
What to Expect
⭕ Small group-directed discussion about death, with no set topics or conclusions
⭕ A gentle, open space where all perspectives and curiosities are welcome
⭕ The chance to listen, to share, or simply to be present
⭕ Tea, cake, and conversation in good company
Why Death Cafe?
In our culture, there are few places where we can talk openly about death. Death Cafes create a safe and relaxed space for these conversations, helping us to reflect on life’s great mystery together. Since the first gathering in 2011, more than 21,000 Death Cafes have been held in 93 countries - a testament to the universal human wish to speak honestly about mortality.
