Energy Healing & Crystal Therapy
Energy healing has its roots in the ancient forms of medicine, such as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda. It interacts with the quantum field and works with “qi” or “prana” - a vital life force that flows within the body along the energy meridians and promotes longevity and vibrant health. When there is an ongoing imbalance in the movement of this vital force, we encounter illness and reduced quality of life. When the vital force moves freely we feel healthy, grounded and joyful.
Energy healing incorporates many different techniques and often uses crystals as healing aids. Our silent companions for thousands of years, crystals are mentioned in the Old and New Testament, used in spiritual and religious practice and in modern times - in many high-tech industries.
Crystals are also very valuable in healing work. Their stable energy pattern, unique high-vibrational frequency and strong resonance with the human energy field make them a powerful catalyst for rebalancing, rewiring and harmonising every system within our body.
Laid out in certain patterns they are able to create a stable energy grid that allows us to access all the layers of our subtle anatomy, tap into our subconscious mind and reveal the information encoded and kept there for many years and sometimes for many generations. And when we gain this access we begin to understand our “blind spots”, vulnerabilities, thought patterns and coping mechanisms that create tension on a physical and emotional level, restricting the flow of life and starving our body of vitality and joy.
From a safe space of your healing session you will learn to recognise these unhealthy patterns and let them soften and dissolve. You will also learn to understand your body’s language and to appreciate its unwavering commitment to your safety and wellbeing.
These sessions will support a return to balance in both your physical and energetic body, helping you to reduce symptoms such as tension and anxiety, but most importantly - creating a health promoting environment within your body that you can continue building on with other healing practices of your choice.

We hope you've received the new moon newsletter, if not you can find a link in the bio, as well as signing up for next month's offering...
This month a very hard newsletter to write... here's the opening paragraph to give you a sense of the content.
I've been dwelling deeply as to the content of this newsletter, whether to amplify my thoughts on last week's Supreme Court ruling on the definition of a woman. I've turned this over in my mind for many years, listening to what others have to say, hearing the words of hate, anger, love and inclusion...

A lovely sunny welcome to Lola Fishbein, who brings her movement class to Moon on Wednesday morning - find out more via our bio.
Over to Lola 👇
Hi, I’m Lola - a professional movement coach, Pilates instructor, and lifelong dancer.
Being both a performer and a trainer has given me the gift of moving my body every day. After more than 20 years as a professional trainer - and a lifetime of dancing - I’ve come to believe one thing, wholeheartedly: Movement is everything.
Movement brings life. It fuels my growth and keeps me thriving. When I’m moving, I’m at my best - even on the days I don’t feel my best (and yes, those happen more often than you’d think).
When I move, breathe consciously, and take time to care for my body and mind, I feel pure joy. And to me, joy is essential. It’s not extra. It’s the point.
So what do I do?
Simple: I get people to move.
My training style is a unique blend of Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Dance - woven into a seamless, dynamic flow. I work with people at every level, making sure my sessions are inclusive, empowering, and always adaptable.
For me, every class is an exchange of energy. My aim is to leave you feeling strong, centered, flexible—and inspired.
