This workshop teaches natural, gentle ways to support hormonal balance and ease common women’s health concerns. Participants will learn simple techniques to use at home for symptom relief and reconnecting with the body’s natural rhythm.
The session covers abdominal/womb massage (fully clothed), deep breathing exercises, and practical guidance on supporting hormones. These holistic approaches help reduce PMS, ease menopause transitions, and manage emotional overwhelm without relying on medication.
The workshop includes hands-on practice time, group sharing in a supportive environment, and guidance on creating daily rituals for womb health. All techniques taught can be easily incorporated into daily self-care routines.
No experience needed. Suitable for women at any stage of their hormonal journey seeking natural solutions for better wellbeing.
