Mindful Mama & Baby

Take a moment of sanctuary with your new baby and join us for an hour of retreat in this group mindfulness session for mothers and pre-crawlers.

We will hold a calm and nourishing space together and embrace the present moment in guided meditations suitable for time with our babies. We will practice mindful meditation techniques including breathwork, body scan, awareness of our senses, observing our thoughts, and tuning into our emotions. In each session we will explore different discussion topics and themes, delve into some practical examples which are relevant for mothers, work on implementing realistic and achievable mindfulness and meditation practices into modern day motherhood, and reflect on our experiences as a group.
