Yoga - Pregnancy

Pregnancy yoga is useful in helping your body and mind adapt to pregnancy and prepare for birth. My classes are tailored to you and they include movement for strength and stability during pregnancy, and also birth preparation including birth physiology, breathing techniques, relaxation and movements for birth.

Pelvic floor education should start during pregnancy because its essential postnatally for pelvic floor rehabilitation. I trained to be a doula with Michel Odent, learnt Spinning Babies techniques from Rachel Shapiro, Shiatzu techniques for birth from Suzanne Yates, Hypno Yoga for Birth from Janine Hurley and Rebozo techniques from Sophie Messager. You will experience elements of these in each pregnancy yoga class with me.

There will be no more than eight in a class, ensuring you receive the attention and focus you deserve.
