Career Coaching Circle

Where are you at in your career?

  • Stuck and need inspiration?
  • Stressed and need perspective?
  • Just about Surviving and need change?
  • On the verge of Burnout and need rescue?
  • Bored and need invigorating?
  • Unsure how to return to work and need a shining light?

Are you in need of a new career or job that is more fulfilling or that blends better with your home life?

Wherever you’re at, have you considered coaching, to help you overcome your current challenges and achieve your goals?

Coaching can feel a bit like therapy except it’s more positively forward-focused. It is a process of working out where you want to get to, in life or work, and then working out how you’re going to get there. The role of the coach is to create a safe space for you to do your best thinking, and to provide the support, stretch and accountability you need to achieve your goals.

Group coaching is when a group of people - in Moon’s case women - are curated by a coach to work together on a common theme or goal. Each group member identifies goals and strategies for success AND they build camaraderie so that they feel ‘in it together’. There is a heightened sense of empathy, support and accountability in a group environment, and members also learn some basic coaching skills along the way.

In Moon’s career coaching masterclass Amanda Davie will curate a group of women wanting to improve or change their work situation or maximise their chances of success (whatever this may look like for them). The group will receive professional and peer coaching, learn new capabilities or master existing ones e.g. confidence, self-worth or adaptability and practise new habits that will enable them to achieve their career ambitions.

Everyone will leave feeling more inspired, capable and motivated to realise the careers that they deserve.

The career coaching workshop lasts two hours.

Amanda Davie offering on Monday 2nd March 2026, 1st June 2026, 7th September 2026 and 7th December 2026, at 1pm to 3pm.

  • Standard price: £45
  • Women Supporting Women price: £27 (available to everyone)

Common coaching themes are career change, confidence and resilience building, wellbeing, improving relationships, leadership skills, achieving work/life integration or moving from feeling stuck to finding your flow.

The latest piece from local artist @jencableart (Hothouse Flower) to beautifully adorn the wall of Moon.

Hothouse flowers' colours may be brilliant and their petals flawless, yet their beauty is fragile—remove them from the tightly controlled environment of the greenhouse, and they wither.

Every aspect of their existence depends on external care. They embody luxury, thriving in isolation from the harsher realities of wind, rain, and change.

In contrast, wild flowers can emerge anywhere, on rocky soil, under shifting skies, and on wind swept plains (much like the Heath at the moment😉).  Their blossoms endure cold snaps, nibbles from local insects, and sudden brushes with curious dogs.  Though their stems may bend and their petals may bear marks of struggle, these are marks of endurance, not weakness.

True vitality doesn’t depend on shelter from difficulty but on balance with the environment, responding flexibly to what life provides.

Where the hot house flower dazzles briefly, natural health endures. One fades with the loss of its careful protection; the other thrives precisely because it has learned to live and bloom in the open air.

So this Easter break, take a moment to step onto the Heath or Waterlow Park and enjoy the daffodils nodding gently in the breeze and the last of the crocuses pushing through.

Take a minute to enjoy the crisp air, flashes of green, new life, and the distant rustle of trees whilst you enjoy a quiet moment of renewal and connection with the season.
