Grounding & Restore
PLEASE NOTE: THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO ALL GENDERS
This class offers a calm and supportive space to slow down, settle, and reconnect with yourself through stillness and rest.
Designed to support grounding and restoration for the body and nervous system, each session weaves together guided meditation, breath awareness, supported postures, and restorative yoga practices, adapting gently to what best serves the group on the day.
The emphasis is not on effort or performance, but on softening with self-compassion, kindness, and care amid busy schedules. With longer-held supported shapes and moments of quiet reflection, the practice invites both the body and mind to gradually unwind and settle at their own pace.
A nourishing practice for anyone feeling overstimulated, emotionally tired, mentally restless, or in need of steadiness and deeper rest during the week.
All levels are welcome, and no prior experience is needed.
