Originally from Hong Kong and now based in London, I’m a yoga practitioner and space holder whose work is rooted in mindfulness, Eastern wisdom, and nervous system support. With over 15 years of personal practice, yoga has been a steady anchor through different chapters of life, shaping a gentle and grounded approach to teaching.
Inspired by the Zen teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, I offer calm and supportive spaces that invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and rest from the pace of daily life. My classes blend elements of gentle movement, yin-inspired practices, restorative yoga, meditation, and breath awareness, with an emphasis on softness, presence, and self-compassion rather than performance.
Alongside yoga, I also facilitate reflective circles that may include meditation, journalling, mindful listening, and shared reflection. My work is especially supportive for those feeling overstimulated, emotionally tired, or in need of steadiness and space to simply be.
With over 500 hours of yoga training, including studies with Janet Lau, Eva Maxine Hamilton, Jo Phee, and Sarah Powers, I share practices that are accessible, nourishing, and rooted in care.
