Classes & Workshops

I work with people who are feeling out of balance, fatigued and overwhelmed, and who are looking for a gentler, more supportive way to feel better in their bodies and lives.

With over 20 years’ experience as a yoga teacher, I specialise in practices that support rest, regulation, and reconnection. Yoga has long been the foundation of my work, helping people slow down, settle their nervous systems, and find more safety and ease in their bodies. Alongside this, I integrate functional nutritional therapy and life coaching to offer practical support around energy, stress, sleep, nourishment, and the patterns of daily life that can either support or drain wellbeing.

I bring together this embodied, physical wisdom with nutritional science and thoughtful, compassionate coaching to help you understand what your body needs and make changes that feel realistic and supportive. There is no judgement and no rigid set of rules — just a kind, evidence-based approach that is shaped around you and your life.

I don’t offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I work slowly and collaboratively, drawing on movement, nourishment, lifestyle support, and compassionate listening.

At the heart of everything I do is a belief in slowing down — creating space to breathe, to rest, and to reconnect. Each session is held with warmth and empathy, supporting you to feel more at ease, more supported, and more at home within yourself.

What's new, this New Moon? Hopefully you should have found the new lunar cycle's newsletter in your inbox this morning. If not here's a snapshot... "Well the weather's been a bit changeable of late, an uncertainly that feels like it's mirroring what's happening in the wider world, slowly eroding away the foundations of what's come before..." Trust me, it's not as heavy as it sounds, read more in the link via our bio.18 hours ago

Join us for this New Moon Wise Women Weekender at Moon Women’s Health (63 Chetwynd Road, NW5 1BX).

On Saturday morning join Nofisa Caseman, to Stop Procrastinating & Start Executing! Procrastination keeps brilliant women stuck. This workshop will end that. Uncover what’s holding you back and commit to one clear action to take.

On Saturday evening, Desiree Diaz holds sacred space at the New Moon Women’s Healing & Meditation Circle. You will experience feeling heard and seen as you set your intentions for the month - focusing on manifesting the life that you want and connecting with other women to help your manifestation become even stronger.

On Sunday afternoon, Assiya Shalabayeva creates an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance, for us to speak from the heart — or to simply listen — as we explore what’s real for us in this moment of our lives. You may come seeking clarity, or connection, or to simply to sit among women and feel the strength of shared truth.

You can find more details and book via the link in our bio.

Spring is well and truly here. Do you feel the quickening of pace? Nature is bursting forth all around us and quite frankly the world feels a bit bonkers doesn’t it.

We need our brains to be able to take refuge within our bodies and rest a while, even during the busiest time of year. This is where acupuncture can be really helpful.

Most people think acupuncture is a physical treatment. However, most converts will tell you it’s the feeling of calm and zen followed by deep sleep that is one of the most enjoyable aspects.

I’ve got a new Garmin and am interested in how my body recovers from exercise. I was overjoyed to see it has acupuncture listed alongside yoga, breathwork and massage as one of the most calming and restorative things you can do. There is science!

The Acupuncture Collective is the perfect space to come and take an hour away from the buzz of life and tell Dr. Sunila and myself what’s going on with your brain and body and see if they can get everything working in more blissful coherence.

Our next Acupuncture Collective is taking place between 2pm to 8pm on Monday 11th May
