Treatments offered:

I’m Margaret Nicholls, a certified ADHD coach who works with:

  • Adults feeling stuck or scattered, especially late-diagnosed women
  • Parents trying to support their ADHD children while managing their own needs
  • Children and teens navigating studies, emotions and friendships
  • Creative professionals who want to unlock their potential rather than feel trapped by it

The main reason people reach out to me? They’re feeling overwhelmed - by their thoughts, emotions, responsibilities or all of the above. I help clients find calm, focus and practical ways forward that actually work for their brains.

My coaching style is supportive, empathetic and strengths-focused, and having both personal and family experience of ADHD means I really get the unique challenges that come with it and just how powerful the right kind of support can be.

My coaching journey started when my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD, which completely reshaped how I understood neurodiversity and inspired me to support others on a similar path.

With my background in journalism, I’m particularly fascinated by how ADHD and creativity connect. Many of my clients are incredibly creative people who struggle to stay organised or follow through on their brilliant ideas. Together, we work to turn that creative energy into a strength rather than a source of stress.

I’m certified to coach both adults and families, having completed advanced training with ADDCA, a globally recognised leader in ADHD coach education. My approach is grounded in the latest ADHD research, because when you understand how your brain actually works, you can stop blaming yourself and start building strategies that genuinely fit. We design personalised tools together that are practical, flexible and sustainable.

Clients often tell me that working together feels calming, grounding and transformative. I create a space where you can be completely yourself, free of judgment, and you’ll leave each session feeling clearer, lighter and more capable.

I’m based in north London and offer both in-person and online coaching sessions.

Very excited by the latest artwork to grace the walls of Moon.

Inspired by the 100th anniversary of the Ladies' Pond, and crafted by local artist Jen Cable. The ponds hold a special place in many of our hearts, each of us with our own stories entwined into its waters.

There's even a specific term for the calming, meditative, and peaceful state that being in or near natural water creates.

Blue Mind.

Jen was first introduced to its charms by her grandma, some 50 years ago, and once you've had the experience, it never leaves you.

In Jen's words...

Jen was first introduced to its charms by her grandma, some 50 years ago, and once you've had the experience, it never leaves you. In Jen's words... "In winter I ease slowly down the ladder to meet the dark, icy chill that wakes up every nerve in my body.  A brief minute, or at most two, then it's out, past the icicles and off to a cafe to warm up whilst my skin tingles with joy.  In summer, moorhens, mandarin ducks and mallards swim by with their chicks from nests built on the life buoys and I bask in the cool sparkle of the water, staring up at the blue sky." What about you?  Where are you cooling off?  We'd love to hear your stories of the pond in its centenary year.  Or, if you've never been, then maybe this is the year to try; it's a magical place.6 days ago
