Hello, I’m Olivia. I am an Integrative Women’s Health Therapist with a deep passion for supporting women on their journey back to their bodies, pleasure and power. My work weaves together Aromatherapy, Menstruality, Holistic Pelvic Care, Embodiment & Somatics, and Bodywork. Through these practices, I guide women in releasing physical and emotional tension, fostering self-awareness, and creating more flow, balance, and vitality in their lives.

My own personal healing journey—overcoming childhood trauma, managing chronic illness, and navigating the transformative experience of motherhood—has greatly shaped the way I work. I understand firsthand the challenges women face when they become disconnected from their bodies and the profound healing that can come from reconnecting with their inner landscape. This lived experience fuels my mission to help women reclaim their health, wellbeing, and feminine power.

I believe that every woman deserves to live a life filled with pleasure, intuition, self-love, and unapologetic self-respect. To support this, I am continually expanding my knowledge and skills. I’m currently working towards certifications in Feminine Embodiment Coaching, Fertility Massage & Womb Therapy, and Pelvic Steam Therapy. In addition, I am deepening my expertise in Aromatherapy, Bodywork, Menstruality, and working with the pelvic bowl—our feminine home. This dedication to growth allows me to offer holistic and tailored care that meets the diverse needs of the women I work with.

  • Emotional Healing: Supporting women in processing and releasing stored stress, emotional blockages, and old wounds.
  • Stress and Anxiety: Helping women reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and cultivate calm and inner peace.
  • Self-Connection: Guiding women to deepen their connection with their bodies, rhythms, emotions, and intuition.
  • Sacred Self-Care: Creating rituals and practices that honour the body, mind, and spirit.

Through one-on-one sessions, workshops, personalised aromatherapy blends and restorative self-care rituals, my aim is to create a safe, nurturing space where women feel held, inspired, and guided on their healing journey. My mission is to help women transform their lives by reconnecting with their innate wisdom, honouring their bodies, and stepping into their full feminine power.

Today is Earth Day - thinking about the entire Earth, and what we can do to ensure our survival, can feel daunting - but here are some local initiatives that can support you to support the Earth.

🌍 @growing_green_london - set up by local Mamas - amongst other things their focus is rewilding our local schools, and you can support them by donating or volunteering.

🌍 @fair_well_london - tackle the plastic pollution crisis by removing plastic packaging from the final stage of the food distribution chain and solving the main problem with plastic-free shopping: inconvenience. They come to you, you just need to book and buy.

🌍 @heath_hands - supporting our beautiful Hampstead Heath, sustaining its biodiversity and protecting it for wildlife and humans to enjoy. You can volunteer with them as well as joining them for their frequent events.

🌍 @chetwyndroadcommunitygarden - a local community of growers, based at the top of Chetwynd Road – follow them on Instagram and find out more.

🌍 @kentishtownlibraryofthings - borrow items, such as drills, carpet cleaners, projectors - you don't have to buy them - sharing the things you won't use often is a simple action all of us can take to live more sustainably - they're based at Kentish Town Library.

🌍 @kentishtownvegbox - all their produce is organic or naturally grown and sourced from small-scale farms as close to London as possible. Use them as a local alternative to the larger scale veg-box schemes.

🌍 @urban_forest_tribe - a local nature based community, focusing on inclusion, and a deeper bond with the natural world. Find out how your little ones can benefit from their offerings.

Sunday’s re-birthing session, with Ifalase McGowan, is for you if you’re ready to release the anxiety that has quietly shaped your life.

So many of us experienced trauma during birth — creating an imprint of stress.

As babies, our sensitivity to feelings and sensations are at their highest. This is as the limbic system (responsible for how we process our emotions, regulate stress, and our memories) is the most active part of our brain during this time. Therefore, it can be left with an imprint of trauma - trapping fear and anxiety deep within our nervous system.

Re-birthing offers an alternative memory of a calm, empowering birth. This re-codes our limbic system with a positive memory of entering the world, feeling deeply loved, nurtured and empowered with choice - creating a shift in how we show up in our lives, allowing us to let go of our old habits, and cycles of stress / anxiety, bringing us into alignment with our soul’s purpose.

You can expect on Sunday:

💜 A new empowering experience of birth through Limbic Imprint Recoding – a transformative, body-centered process that rewrites early-life emotional blueprints.

💜 Gentle movement practices, guided meditation, journalling, and an opportunity to share, if you wish.

💜 A group of no more than 6 other women, allowing for an intimate and safe space.
