The Nutrition Clinic

Moon is delighted to offer a monthly Nutrition Clinic on the last Thursday of each month.

Nutritional Therapy looks at what, how and when you eat, providing personalised guidance that can positively impact all areas of health and wellbeing – from digestion, energy, skin and joint health to weight management, general wellbeing and your relationship with food.

At the Nutrition Clinic, we believe there are always opportunities to improve the nourishment we give our bodies to support optimal health and vitality.

A Nutrition Clinic appointment is a focused, one-to-one consultation designed to give you practical recommendations and help you prioritise the changes that will have the greatest impact. It is an accessible way to benefit from expert nutritional therapy and leave with clear, achievable next steps.

Who is the clinic for?

The clinic is suitable for women looking for support with a specific nutrition goal or health concern, parents seeking guidance around their child’s diet, or anyone wanting to check they are on the right track and identify any gaps in their nutrition.

  • Young Children: Practical advice on navigating family mealtimes and simple nutrition upgrades that can make a real difference.
  • Teenagers: Straightforward ideas to support healthy eating habits, brain function, skin health, digestion, growth and sporting performance.
  • Pregnancy: A review of your diet to help ensure you are meeting your nutritional needs during this important stage.
  • New Motherhood: Simple strategies to help you nourish yourself while adjusting to life with a new baby.
  • Perimenopause & Menopause: Practical dietary advice to support your health and wellbeing through hormonal changes.
  • Weight Management: If you’d like to achieve a healthier weight or develop more sustainable eating habits, this appointment is a great place to get started.
  • Healthy Ageing: Support your long-term health with realistic nutrition and lifestyle changes.
  • General Wellbeing: Perfect if you’d like to improve your diet, increase your energy or feel more confident that you’re giving your body the nutrition it needs.

What does the Nutrition Clinic involve?

Before your appointment you’ll receive:

  • A short health questionnaire.
  • A 7-day food diary to complete before your visit.

During your 50-minute one-to-one appointment you’ll receive:

  • A review of your food diary.
  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.
  • Simple, achievable next steps to work on at home.

Please note: The Nutrition Clinic is designed for focused support around a single nutrition goal or health concern. It is not suitable for people with complex health conditions or those requiring ongoing support and accountability to implement changes. In these cases, Amber’s comprehensive nutrition consultations and coaching programmes are likely to be more appropriate.

Investment - £85 | 50 minutes

If, during your appointment, it becomes clear that you would benefit from more in-depth support, we can discuss the option of a full nutritional therapy consultation or an ongoing coaching programme.

Amber Silverman’s offering on the last Thursday of the month - 11am to 1pm

If you would like to access the Women Supporting Women Fund to subsidise this session, find more details here.

The Camden Community Safety Team are organising a women's safety walkabout on Thursday 29th October, in the Highgate area.

They want to:

⭕️ Look at locations that feel unsafe.

⭕️ Find out about women’s safety concerns or incidents experienced

⭕️ Understand any other general community safety concerns we have

Our feedback is key as it serves to inform the route of the walkabout, as well as improving community safety for those living, visiting, and working in Camden.

If you'd like to feedback comments or take part in the walkabout, then feel free to comment beneath or DM us, and we'll pass this onto The Camden Community Safety Team.

Please note this is specifically regarding the Highgate ward (see second image).

I had been away from my eldest for over a week, and he surprised me this morning (6.30am!) by appearing at Moon (I'd left him sleeping) to help me clean after yesterday's Acupuncture Clinic 😍

I think it was all a bit much 🤣

A beautiful meet-up with Sherene from @circularflowuk earlier this week - you know it's a good fit when you share bodyart with the William Morris aesthetic 💚
