From Stress to Resilience

Do you feel overwhelmed with stress or anxiety in your everyday life?

Do you struggle to manage your wellbeing and responsibilities?

Would you like to build a more balanced relationship with yourself and your body to improve the quality of your life?

I invite you to this 4 and a half hour resilience workshop, where you can explore your body and mind connection to create more clarity and understanding for yourself. This workshop will support you to reconnect with your body on a completely new level, and help you to learn how to make lasting changes in your life.

This workshop is for you if you are:

  • Feeling stressed, anxious and unable to ‘switch off’
  • Feeling stuck or overwhelmed by life
  • Having difficulty finding safety in your body
  • Lacking motivation or looking for a new direction in life
  • Trying to build a balanced and loving relationship with yourself and your body

During this 4 and a half hour experiential journey you'll learn new resources that will help you to enhance the functioning of your vagus nerve using posture, movement, sensory points, audio exercises and the breath.

This workshop will help you:

  • Understand your body language and the nervous system ecology.
  • Improve your self-regulation skills to better manage stress.
  • Achieve a greater freedom of choice in how you respond to challenging life situations.
  • Reclaim agency and autonomy to fulfil your potential in Life.

In addition to attending this workshop you'll receive:

  • Access to a library of guided audio and video practices
  • Live call on Zoom on Saturday 3rd of June at 12:30pm to support the integration process.

Do you want to be in the driver's seat of your own experiences in life?

Then join us for this experiential workshop in a relaxed, friendly and cooperative atmosphere. No previous experience needed.

I look forward to our time together!

Ewa Bell's Offering on Saturday 20th May at 12.30pm - 5pm

Very excited by the latest artwork to grace the walls of Moon.

Inspired by the 100th anniversary of the Ladies' Pond, and crafted by local artist Jen Cable. The ponds hold a special place in many of our hearts, each of us with our own stories entwined into its waters.

There's even a specific term for the calming, meditative, and peaceful state that being in or near natural water creates.

Blue Mind.

Jen was first introduced to its charms by her grandma, some 50 years ago, and once you've had the experience, it never leaves you.

In Jen's words...

There's even a specific term for the calming, meditative, and peaceful state that being in or near natural water creates. Blue Mind. Jen was first introduced to its charms by her grandma, some 50 years ago, and once you've had the experience, it never leaves you. In Jen's words... "In winter I ease slowly down the ladder to meet the dark, icy chill that wakes up every nerve in my body.  A brief minute, or at most two, then it's out, past the icicles and off to a cafe to warm up whilst my skin tingles with joy.  In summer, moorhens, mandarin ducks and mallards swim by with their chicks from nests built on the life buoys and I bask in the cool sparkle of the water, staring up at the blue sky." What about you?  Where are you cooling off?  We'd love to hear your stories of the pond in its centenary year.  Or, if you've never been, then maybe this is the year to try; it's a magical place.1 week ago
