Intuitive Dance Workshop for Families

Experience the joy of free movement through music with the ones you love the most. A creative fun family activity for all!

This family intuitive dance workshop is an hour of fun activities with freeing movement. Because every individual mover is unique, we cater to your individual needs making this a safe space where you can be at your most expressive with the ones you love. This means every workshop caters for each group on that day and no class is ever the same! 

Why not also send us your favourite track and we will add this to our playlist so you can enjoy moving to the tunes you love the most. Join us one Sunday a month with your children and loved ones. We cater to all group sizes so no family is too big or too small!

A wonderful gathering of women will be joining us in the coming weeks to offer their wisdom and skills to our NW5 community.

⭕ Ash Xiao will be offering chair-based Therapeutic Gyrokinesis for Mobility every Tuesday afternoon from late July.

⭕ Dunya Ntinizi will be offering 1-2-1 Somapresence Touch Therapy throughout the week.

⭕ Gosia Madrzak will be offering 1-2-1 Sound Healing sessions throughout the week.

⭕ Kate Joseph will be facilitating a MumSpace group every Thursday lunchtime from mid-September.

⭕Lucy Kohli will be running an Introducing Libdo: A Pelvic Floor Restorer session on 4th October.

Great job Brookfield Primary School for raising £6000, to update their library with books that truly reflect the diversity of our community!

A massive shout out to The Brookfield Community (formerly the PTA), particularly Anella Wickenden, as well as @breathewithkerry and @christelassb who donated all their income from their recent Breath Workshop.

Very happy that Moon Women's Health was also able to contribute in a small way to this achievement.

A big 30c welcome to Hannah Mayall. Hannah joined the Moon collective several months ago, bringing with her a rejuvenating Monday morning Vinyasa Yoga – a perfect way to start the week – find out more in our bio.

Hi, I’m Hannah.

I’m a gardener, a creator of bobbly hedges (check out the house on the corner of Laurier and Dartmouth Park Avenue), a yoga practitioner and a yoga teacher.

I have lived and worked in the streets around Moon most of my life and feel committed to this community. 

I have brought up 4 children, supporting and attending the local schools and during the years of work and parenthood I have always had some form of mind/body practice, which has supported me through the various phases of my life. In the last 20+ years this has been yoga.

Now I am older, wiser, calmer and even more rooted here than ever I can really see the value of a habitual practice especially when shared with members of my community.

I am very pleased to be here at Moon on Monday mornings offering a Vinyasa flow style yoga class with an emphasis on sun salutations and breath led movement.

I have also recently started a session on Wednesdays at the newly opened Highgate Newtown Community Centre - @hncp_2025 

I hope to share some of the faith I have built in yoga practice in an effort to give back and invite more people to find a moment of peace, stability and introspection in their day which has got to be a good thing in our hectic world.

My classes are open to all abilities BUT I especially want to invite those who feel they are too old or too unfit or in some way unable to bend… yoga is an internal and individual practice and not all about creating great shapes

(I have recently qualified as a breath work teacher ((but more of that anon!))
