Me&Baby Dance (2 - 10 months)

For parents/carers and pre-crawling babies, age guide 2-10 months.

Reconnect with your body, dance to great music with other parents, and move with your baby in a fun and supportive class designed to awaken creativity. Over the course of a term, we explore different ways of connecting through the core and how this is related to developmental movement stages that babies go through. We use these connections as inspiration to try different dance styles and movement games. The atmosphere is relaxed and social, always focussed on the wellbeing of you and your baby.

• £9 per session if booked in a block
