Treatments offered:

I am an intuitive empathic woman, I create a safe, compassionate space to be seen and heard as a woman, on an emotional, and spiritual level. Be guided by my wisdom keepers presence, as I guide you home to your embodied truth.

Through mindfulness embodiment, my work enables the nervous system to retrain, to build resilience. Nurturing mind health through somatic therapy .

Become deeply connected to your female body intelligence, emotions, sensations, integrity, truth, freedom & wholeness - as we dismantle the inner armory, as to connect to your true essence imbuing your aura with authenticity.

We do this through a body -Mind approach, as the brain, is designed to anticipate. Anticipation is a biological process one that primes the mind and body for action, Somatic therapy can help as it integrates one’s awareness of internal bodily states experiences, sensations energy, movements, gestures and bodily postures and brings into the consciousness how the past perceived experience’s of threat live in the body.

I will gently guide you through a process of self discovery and self compassion. working from a holistic client centred integrative approach. True integration happens through intimacy with our emotions, our bodies, as well as with our thoughts.

This is mindfulness embodiment, so you can inhabit your life on earth fully to living more freely and authentically in your wild safe heart.

Through my own lived experience of childhood trauma, reenactment trauma, elevated cortisol, hormonal dysregulation

Fertility grief, Conception through IVF, menopause, and beyond. My work is rooted in humility, grace and resilience.

I explore the intersection of the feminine, the shadow, trauma, somatics and embodiment.

Very excited by the latest artwork to grace the walls of Moon.

Inspired by the 100th anniversary of the Ladies' Pond, and crafted by local artist Jen Cable. The ponds hold a special place in many of our hearts, each of us with our own stories entwined into its waters.

There's even a specific term for the calming, meditative, and peaceful state that being in or near natural water creates.

Blue Mind.

Jen was first introduced to its charms by her grandma, some 50 years ago, and once you've had the experience, it never leaves you.

In Jen's words...

There's even a specific term for the calming, meditative, and peaceful state that being in or near natural water creates. Blue Mind. Jen was first introduced to its charms by her grandma, some 50 years ago, and once you've had the experience, it never leaves you. In Jen's words... "In winter I ease slowly down the ladder to meet the dark, icy chill that wakes up every nerve in my body.  A brief minute, or at most two, then it's out, past the icicles and off to a cafe to warm up whilst my skin tingles with joy.  In summer, moorhens, mandarin ducks and mallards swim by with their chicks from nests built on the life buoys and I bask in the cool sparkle of the water, staring up at the blue sky." What about you?  Where are you cooling off?  We'd love to hear your stories of the pond in its centenary year.  Or, if you've never been, then maybe this is the year to try; it's a magical place.5 days ago
