Trauma-Informed Addiction Recovery Coaching

As a CCAR-certified Recovery Coach, Neeley Moore specialises in a trauma-informed approach to addiction recovery - helping
individuals uncover and address the root causes of addiction and mental health challenges.

Neeley compassionately guides clients to choose their unique pathways to recovery, integrating evidence-based practices with holistic mind, body, and spiritual tools. Combining a deep passion for neurobiology and mysticism, she offers a client-centered approach that addresses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Having experienced the transformative power of long-term recovery and resilience firsthand, Neeley brings empathy, attunement, and deep listening to her practice. Together, creating a safe space to explore hidden emotions, suppressed stories, and unprocessed trauma.

Trauma Integration Approach

Neeley guides clients in reconnecting with their authentic selves through:

  • Somatic Processing: A body-centered “bottom-up” approach that complements cognitive “top-down” methods to integrate stuck trauma and emotions.
  • Mindfulness and Embodiment: Fostering safety and awareness to manage triggers, regulate emotions, and discharge incomplete defensive responses.
  • Nervous System Regulation: Retraining the nervous system to build resilience, foster connection, and
    enhance present-moment living.

Trained under Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry method, she combines somatic exploration and mindfulness to help clients understand how unmet needs can drive addictive behaviors. Often discovering that underlying addiction can be an attempt to regulate moods, quiet intrusive thoughts, managed trauma, and stress.

Your work together cultivates self-awareness, compassion, and the integration of all parts of self into wholeness. Neeley is deeply committed to supporting individuals ready to overcome roadblocks, embrace growth, and live authentically.

Embark on a journey toward self-sovereignty and vitality.

Each session lasts 1 hour and is £75 per hour. Book a 15-minute call with me, using the form below, to see if this is the right fit for you.

At this Monday's Acupuncture Collective you can experience the benefits of acupuncture at a lower cost - but how can this ancient healing modality support your mental health?

In acupuncture (and Chinese Medicine, where acupuncture originates) there's a special word for our overall emotional spirit - the ‘Shen'. When we’re feeling unsettled and anxious we refer to it as a ‘Scattered Shen’.

Through a delicate and detailed approach, acupuncture helps to benefit our mental health in the following ways:

Recalibrating our nervous system
Encouraging better quality sleep
Promoting clarity of thought and focus
Working on a deeper level to help our hormones work with us, not against us
The holistic approach we take at the Acupuncture Collective means your symptoms aren’t just treated at the surface level, we go deeper.

If you would like to experience how transformative acupuncture can be, book in with us and allow your Shen to settle into a state of Zen.

Our next Acupuncture Collective is taking place between 2pm to 8pm on Monday 20th April - find more details and book via our bio.
