At this Monday's Acupuncture Collective you can experience the benefits of acupuncture at a lower cost - but how can this ancient healing modality support your mental health?
In acupuncture (and Chinese Medicine, where acupuncture originates) there's a special word for our overall emotional spirit - the ‘Shen'. When we’re feeling unsettled and anxious we refer to it as a ‘Scattered Shen’.
