Flow & Restore Yoga

A holistic class, balancing the benefits of movement and stillness, to leave you feeling rested.

Sequenced with an understanding of the nervous system, we begin by releasing stress and tension before moving into deep rest.

During the ‘flow’ part of the class, we use synchronised movement and breath to create space in the body and a more peaceful, present state of mind. The flow will be accessible with options to turn up or dial down the intensity depending on what you need on any given day.

Once warmed up and exercised we move into the ‘restore’ part of the class - a combination of restorative yoga and yoga nidra. 

Restorative yoga poses use bolsters, blocks and blankets to support the body and enable deep tissue and myofascial release. They are grounding and nurturing.

We close with a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) practice for deep rest and the opportunity to set intentions for your day/week/month/season ahead.

Leave feeling calm and collected, and ready for the next part of your day.
