Illness and Death Companionship
I offer emotional, practical, and spiritual companionship to individuals and their loved ones facing illness or end of life.
Support may unfold in different ways, depending on your circumstances:
- Facing a new diagnosis - being present in the shock of difficult news, helping you understand options, supporting conversations with loved ones, and witnessing whatever emotions arise. Support at this time may also include help organising practical matters, so you can focus on living.
- Living with ongoing illness - accompanying you through the daily realities of serious illness, exploring fears and hopes, navigating treatments and decisions, supporting you through treatments, and facilitating honest conversations with loved ones. Support at this time may also include advocacy, creative legacy projects, and spiritual exploration.
- Preparing for death - creating sacred space around dying, helping organise final wishes, offering meaningful rituals if wanted, reading poetry or prayers, using essential oils, playing music, holding vigil, and supporting family through this passage.
- Ongoing support for loved ones - providing continuity of contact after death, offering gentle companionship and ongoing presence in the early days of grief.
Heidi offers a free first call, a space to listen together and see if this kind of companionship feels right for you, please use the form below to reach out to her.

Join us this Saturday, on World Menopause Day, to experience a unique gathering blending a Cacao Ceremony, Restorative Yoga, and Sound Bowl Immersion.
Wherever you are on your menopause journey, we invite you to join us in a restorative session to celebrate the feminine.
Caroline and Ali will be weaving their shared experiences to create a unique gathering that blends a Cacao Ceremony, Restorative Yoga, and Sound Bowl Immersion.
Together, we’ll rest, restore, and open our hearts.
Is this new to you? Here’s what you can expect:
✨ Cacao Ceremony
For centuries, cacao ceremonies have been practiced as heart-opening rituals. The gentle medicine of cacao supports emotional balance and self-love. We’ll set intentions to guide you forward and give you support to carry them into the world.
✨ Restorative Yoga
Ali’s gentle, floor-based practice that uses props to hold and support the body. By slowing down and resting deeply in each posture, you’ll soften tension, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body in a tender, loving way.
✨ Sound Bowl Healing
Caroline’s sound bowls will guide you into a deeply immersive state, where vibration and sound invite the body to release, rebalance, and restore harmony.
Come as you are, leave with a lighter heart.
