Treatments offered:

Hello, I’m Debbie.

I’m a bodywork therapist and a mother of two young children and for the past twenty years I’ve walked a path that weaves together healing touch and contemplative practice.

My training in massage and energy work began alongside my early meditation practice and over the years both have continued to shape how I meet others, with presence, intuition and a deep respect for our shared humanity.

My professional journey has carried me through many different environments, from offering treatments in luxury 5 star spas such as the Mandarin Oriental and Chancery Lane Hotels in London, to supporting wellbeing within corporate settings.

I’ve also had the privilege of volunteering within the charity sector, working with people experiencing homelessness and offering ‘care for the carers’ massage sessions to those who spend their lives tending to others.

In all these spaces, what guides me is the same intention, to create a gentle refuge where the body can soften, the heart can feel supported and the whole person can rest into a sense of belonging.

Hopefully, you'll have received this month's newsletter in your inbox this morning.

It looks to this year's festivities, the light, our ancestors, what's new for 2026, who's doing what in our community, and of course... Mr Blobby...

If you didn't receive your copy, you can see it via the link in our bio, where you can also sign up for future newsletters.

Join us for this New Moon Solstice Wise Women Weekender at Moon Women’s Health (63 Chetwynd Road, NW5 1BX).

On Friday evening, Desiree Diaz holds sacred space at the New Moon Women’s Healing & Meditation Circle. You will experience feeling heard and seen as you set your intentions for the month - focusing on manifesting the life that you want and connecting with other women to help your manifestation become even stronger – ONLY 1 SPACE LEFT.

On Saturday afternoon, Chi Chong invites us to honour the longest and darkest night of the year, with the Winter Solstice New Moon Circle - with grounding breath and meditation, followed a restorative yoga practice, allowing the body to soften and the nervous system to settle into deep rest and quiet renewal.

On Sunday afternoon, Assiya Shalabayeva creates an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance, for us to speak from the heart — or to simply listen — as we explore what’s real for us in this moment of our lives. You may come seeking clarity, or connection, or to simply to sit among women and feel the strength of shared truth.

You can find more details and book via the link in our bio.
