Sessions Offered:

I am an author, astrologer, intuitive dancer, heartbreak coach and mindfulness expert originally from London.

I have spent much of my life delving into the studies of Ancient Vedic philosophy, Kabbalah, Gene Keys, Human Design, Astrology, Tibetan Buddhism, Psychology and Shamanic practises. I am qualified Yoga Nidra teacher and have trained in Reiki, IQM and Theta Healing previously.

I have fascination for people, relationships and the human condition. Especially when it comes to family dynamics, codependency, ancestral trauma and masculine and feminine polarity.

My circles and events are a co-creation with spirit. I don’t always know what is going to come through, I simply allow my intuition to guide me.

More recently, I am inspired about creating spaces to celebrate women in all their wildness, rage, beauty, softness, compassion and grief. There is so much shifting and changing in the world right now and we need to empower and celebrate one another.

A couple of helpers to mount the latest beautiful artwork that we're fortunate enough to host at Moon.

As the warm weather invites us to swim in the lakes, rivers and sea you might want to keep an eye out for mermaids.

There are none on the Heath, although I might have felt something tickle my toes in the Ladies' Pond recently, but that didn’t stop me asking local artist Jen Cable to lend us this piece, inspired by the tale of the little mermaid by Hans Christian Andersen.

Unlike the tale of Ariel in the Disney film, the original story is a warning about the importance of keeping your voice and using it to create the kind of inclusive and supportive society in which we can all be valued.

It felt fitting that Moon should host the piece for the coming weeks.

You can read more about Jen's work, and the relevance of the tale to women today in Jen’s blog post entitled ‘Hold your Tongue’ - find the link in our bio.
