Working as a health professional over the last 30 years, in nursing and health visiting, and as a mother of three daughters, I have seen time and again how beautifully alternative therapies can complement conventional medicine for improved health and wellbeing.

And it was in my early days as an accident and emergency nurse all those years ago, that I was struck by the importance and healing power of touch.

Every day I witnessed how human connection – and specifically human connection through touch – had the power to accelerate healing in ways that was difficult to achieve through medical intervention alone.

And it’s on the back of these early experiences, that years later I decided to formalise my training in a variety of therapeutic techniques including Thai Yoga Massage, Holistic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

I now work with clients of all ages, using a variety of techniques to maximise vitality and to create a space in which the body can best thrive.
