Treatments offered:

My name is Naomi. I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2002 from Sheffield Hallam University. I have been practising as a Musculoskeletal physiotherapist for 17 years.

Throughout my practice I have always treated ante and postnatal women in regard to their musculoskeletal conditions. The birth of my first child was complicated and physically and mentally traumatic giving me symptoms that took months to heal. Since then I have become passionate about helping woman both antenatally and postnatally. I have completed the POGP urinary incontinence course and Mummy MOT course. I have also completed an APPI antenatal and postnatal Pilates course.

I really enjoy helping, educating and empowering women with conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and urogynaecological issues like painful sex, urinary leaks and prolapse. My musculoskeletal background, knowledge of women’s pelvic floor and my own experiences have given me a holistic approach to treating my patients to help them get back to where they want to be, whether it be back to exercise or just being active with their children.

I am an affiliate member of the POGP and a Mummy MOT practitioner. I am also a full member of the CSP.

Wow, wow, wow!

What an amazing response we've had to our plea for donations towards the Women Supporting Women Fund.

Thank you to all these lovely folk who donated in January. Thanks to you, eight women were able to access the support they wanted from Moon Women's Health.

However, unfortunately the waiting list continues to grow and is three months long at the moment.

Therefore, when you're booking a session at Moon and would like to support your community, please tick the box to add an additional £3 - it all adds up!

You can find more details about the fund, and donate directly via our bio.

Happy Imbolc to you all.

The mid-point between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox - with our backs to the cold and our faces in the sun.

Today we honour the Goddess Bridgid, who had so powerful a hold on the celtic imagination, the Catholics had to make her into a Saint. She is a Goddess of fire, healing and birth, who leads us towards Spring.

Enjoy your Sunday 🌱

This weekend we welcome the mid-point between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox, with our backs to the cold and our faces to the sun. The year is turning, a moment to pause, reflect and celebrate.

With this in mind, we have four beautiful offerings for you.

On Saturday afternoon Lucy Kohli introduces us to Libdo, a chance to rediscover our pelvic power and sensuality. This session is now “waiting list only”, but we have a new date in March for you to try.

On Saturday evening Chi Chong brings us into circle, to celebrate the full moon and to pause before the new lunar year in February - with breathwork, meditation and restorative yoga.

On Sunday afternoon Heidi Alden invites us to join the Death Café – an opportunity to explore death in a relaxed atmosphere, cake included!

On Sunday evening Kerry Miller and Christel Stanfield-Bruce welcome us into a space of deep relaxation with conscious breathing to calm the mind, relax the body, and reconnect with yourself.

So lay down your markers for the year, take a pause, feel the ground beneath your feet and welcome the turning of the year.

More info and book via our bio.
