Reconnect, Resource, Restore: A Somatic Workshop

Centre, Ground and Come Home to Yourself

An immersive somatic practice & intention-setting experience for busy women who are tired of living in survival mode.

Always busy? Constantly rushing? Wired but exhausted?

If your mind never switches off, your body feels stuck in overdrive, and “rest” feels impossible, this workshop is for you.

Join Somatic Coach and Conscious Parenting Coach Emily Hughes for a nourishing seasonal workshop designed to help you step out of survival mode and into a place of calm, clarity, and connection.

Through a powerful blend of breathwork, somatic practices, and intention setting, you’ll learn how to gently regulate your nervous system, release built-up stress, and reconnect with yourself.

This is your invitation to:

  • ✨ Slow down without guilt.

  • 🌿 Move from frazzled to grounded.

  • 💛 Restore your energy and inner resources.

  • 🌸 Set meaningful intentions for the season ahead.

  • 🌊 Reclaim sovereignty over your nervous system.

You don’t need any experience—just a willingness to pause, breathe, and receive.

Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and equipped with practical tools you can return to whenever life feels urgent or overwhelming.

Because when your nervous system feels safe, anything is possible

Emily is a Conscious Parenting Coach as well as Somatic Practitioner but this workshop is open to all.

Emily Hughes’s offering at 7.30pm to 9pm on the Tuesdays given below.

  • Investment: £30

What an ace time yesterday at the York Rise Street Party!

We loved meeting everyone who visited the stall.

Amazingly, we raised over £900 to support our New Mama & Parent One-Stop Drop-in.

Big thanks to the skills and generosity of Mama Moon in knitting many, many jumpers, and all the practitioners who offered their experience and wisdom to run sessions at Moon - thank you!
