Somapresence Touch Therapy for Women
Somapresence Touch Therapy for Women is a 90-minute body-centered therapeutic session specifically designed for women’s needs, honoring your emotional sensitivity, life transitions, and individual challenges. This isn’t just massage—it’s somatic bodywork that helps you release physical tension, reduce stress, and feel genuinely grounded in your body. Using conscious touch that responds to your body’s signals, we work through three phases: settling into the present, reconnecting with your strength, and integrating the experience.
During your session, you’ll experience deep release of muscular tension and stress patterns, improved body awareness and proprioception, a profound sense of groundedness and stability, and enhanced connection between breath, movement, and sensation. Our approach combines pressure and touch adapted to your body’s responses, natural elements integration (grounding, flowing, energizing, spacious qualities), breathwork to support nervous system regulation, and optional aromatherapy to support wellbeing.
Experience measurable relief: from tension to ease, from stress to calm, from disconnection to grounded presence.
Because this treatment includes essential oil blends, it is not recommended during pregnancy.
