The Alchemy of Anger: A Transformational Workshop for Women

Anger is one of the most misunderstood emotions—especially for women. From a young age, we’re taught that expressing anger is dangerous, unattractive, or “too much.” So, we push it down. We redirect it. We turn it inward—into self-doubt, anxiety, exhaustion, or even physical pain.

How many times have you…

🔸 Swallowed your anger to keep the peace?
🔸 Felt guilty for being “too much” or “too sensitive”?
🔸 Been told to calm down when all you wanted was to be heard?
🔸 Felt resentment simmering beneath the surface but didn’t know what to do with it?

But what if your anger wasn’t something to fear or suppress?

What if it was a powerful force for healing, clarity, and transformation?

This 3-hour experiential workshop is an invitation to explore anger in a brave, safe and supportive space.

Instead of resisting or being consumed by it, you will learn to understand, befriend, and digest anger—so that it can work for you, not against you.

This Workshop Is For You:

  •   if you feel disconnected from anger and want to understand it better
  • if you tend to suppress, avoid, or internalise your anger
  • if find yourself exploding with rage and want healthier ways to process it
  • if you feel stuck, resentful, or burned out and don’t know why
  • if you desire a safe, supportive space to explore your emotions without judgment

What to Expect:

  • Understand the deeper wisdom of anger and what it’s trying to tell you.
  • Befriend your anger so it no longer feels overwhelming or scary.
  • Express & Digest it in ways that feel safe, embodied, and freeing.
  • Reconnect with your authentic voice and personal power.

Through guided reflections, movement, breathwork, and experiential exercises, you’ll walk away with practical tools to navigate anger in daily life—without shame, guilt, or fear.

💛 This is a space of deep permission. You don’t need to suppress your fire or “fix” anything about yourself. You just need to listen.

Are you ready to reclaim your fire?

Spots are limited—secure your place today!

Ewa Bell’s offering on the dates below, from 3.30pm - 6.30pm on 23rd March.

It’s 1st May or Beltane, the ancient earthbound holiday day, celebrated for time immemorial.

It marks the midpoint between the Spring Equinox and Summer Solstice and the approach of weather to warm our bones (although in this corner of North West London, surprisingly, it’s already here 😬).

☀️Sunset to Sunset☀️
Beltane honours Life. It represents the peak of Spring and the beginning of Summer. All of life is bursting with potent fertility. The Goddess of Spring (the May Queen) and the Young Oak King (the Green Man), fall in love and bring forth life.

🔥Traditions of Beltane🔥
Beltane is a Fire Festival. The word 'Beltane' originates from the Celtic God 'Bel', meaning 'the bright one' and the Gaelic word 'teine' meaning fire. Bonfires are lit and folks leap over them to purify, cleanse and to bring fertility.

🌼Going A-Maying🌼
Couples spent the night in nature, bringing back armfuls of the first May or hawthorn blossoms to decorate their homes and barns. If you were born at the end of January/beginning of February you are a Beltane Baby.

🌱Maypole🌱
The Maypole is a familiar image of May Day and Beltane. A phallic wooden pole, representing the potency of the God. The ring of flowers at the top representing the fertile Goddess. The weaving dance with the coloured ribbons symbolising the spiral of Life and the union of the Goddess and God.

Enjoy today, feel the sun, smell the blooms of new life and honour the Earth.

We hope you've received the new moon newsletter, if not you can find a link in the bio, as well as signing up for next month's offering...

This month a very hard newsletter to write... here's the opening paragraph to give you a sense of the content.

I've been dwelling deeply as to the content of this newsletter, whether to amplify my thoughts on last week's Supreme Court ruling on the definition of a woman. I've turned this over in my mind for many years, listening to what others have to say, hearing the words of hate, anger, love and inclusion...
