Therapeutic Gyrokinesis for Mobility

This session introduces the Gyrokinesis method - a unique movement system inspired by yoga, tai chi, and dance. It focuses on smooth, circular motion that works with the natural curves of the spine and encourages a full-body sense of balance, ease, and vitality.

• This is a one-hour seated movement session with a 5-minute break. The first 25 minutes teach the 3 basic planes of motion: wheel, rotation and sideways. The second 30 minutes emphasises smooth, continuous motion to harmonise movement with breath, increasing spinal mobility, improving posture, and enhancing the body’s natural movement patterns

• No prior experience is needed to participate. The session can be tailor-made to suit any ability.
