1-2-1 Coaching
Have you ever considered having coaching?
If you haven’t had coaching before it’s a bit like therapy only forward-focused. Coaching is about working out where you want to get to, in life or work, and then working out how you’re going to get there. The role of the coach is to create a safe space for you to do your best thinking, and to create the support, stretch and accountability you need to achieve your goals.
Amanda offers 1-2-1 coaching sessions at Moon (either in the studio or online) to enable women to dedicate the time and thinking they need to get clarity on their wants and needs, and decipher how they meet them. Common coaching themes are career change, confidence and resilience building, wellbeing, improving relationships, leadership skills, achieving work/life integration or moving from feeling stuck to finding your flow.
