Autumn Equinox Sound Bath

A unique opportunity to experience a sound bath, alongside the small person/people in your life.
This event was born out of the pleas of a child, that he was never ‘allowed’ to attend Moon events, particularly the Sound Baths.
Autumn equinox invites in balance, as both day and night, light and dark are of equal length. After the nourishment we gave ourselves in the Summer sun, Autumn invites us to let go and surrender, as we shed this layer of skin in order to evolve. During this sound bath, we use frequency to deeply heal and tend to this process.
During this sound bath, we use frequency to deeply heal and tend to this process.
In this sound bath you will experience…
- Gentle and restorative breathwork to guide you into a rested state
- Healing and angelic sounds of the crystal singing bowls
- Exploring gratitude for the people and things you/your little one has in their life
This is for you if…
- You want to share a unique experience with your child
- You feel your child will benefit from and enjoy this new experience
- Your child always bemoans the fact that they can’t go to cool events, like this, with you
Enjoy the experience as suits you best, either snuggling up with your little one under a blanket or on separate mats.
We have modified this event to 45 minutes, to accommodate for attention spans. You know your child best, but we suggest that this session is suitable for Year 2 kids upwards and for babes in arms.
It will be a relaxed event, perfect as a pre-bed ritual.
Jasmine St Cliere’s Offering on Tuesday 23rd September 6.15pm to 7pm.
- Sharing a mat with your child: £17
- Separate mats for you and your child: £30
If you would like to access the Women Supporting Women Fund to subsidise this session, find more details here.

A wonderful new art piece, Hidden Connections, from the talented @jencableart
Just like our community at Moon, trees are communal beings. We all know that strong communities help us to navigate life's challenges and disasters. Being part of a community that shares resources, creates the kind of place we all want to live. The trees on Hampstead heath and in Highgate Woods are just the same. Rather than fighting each other for light and water, they join together with tiny fungal filaments to carry messages and transmit sugar from one tree to another to help each other survive. In turn supporting over 600 bird species and thousands of insect species.
Hidden Connections is a celebration of the times when we come together to help those in need; bringing food, medicine or companionship to those that are isolated wherever they are in the world.
Come and see it for yourself.
